Where are your products made and shipped from?
All our t-shirts are printed and shipped from the U.S. to ensure fast, reliable delivery and the highest production standards.

 

What materials are your t-shirts made from?
Our t-shirts are made from soft, breathable, and durable fabric blends to ensure long-lasting comfort.

  • Solid colors – Soft, breathable, and perfect for everyday wear. Made from 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton.
  • Heather Prism – Light and airy with a subtle texture. 99% Airlume cotton and 1% polyester.
  • Heathers – Soft with a slight stretch, great for layering. 52% cotton and 48% polyester.
  • Athletic Heather and Black Heather – Durable and cozy with a hint of stretch. 90% cotton and 10% polyester.

 

Which brands of T-Shirts do you use?
We partner with Bella + Canvas™, known for their ethical, sustainable practices both in the U.S. and abroad. As a
No Sweatshops/WRAP Certified and Fair Labor Accredited Company, they reflect our commitment to responsible and humane production.

 

How do I care for my t-shirt?
To keep your shirt looking fresh, machine wash cold inside-out, tumble dry low, and avoid bleach. This helps preserve both the fabric and the print.

 

Why does my shirt feel a bit stiff?
Sometimes new shirts have a slight stiffness from the printing process. Don’t worry — after the first wash, they’ll soften right up! Follow our care instructions for the best results.

 

What is Made-to-Order?
Made-to-Order (MTO) means we create each product only after an order is placed, instead of keeping large inventories. This reduces waste and supports a more sustainable way of doing business.

Benefits of MTO:

  • Reduces Waste: No excess inventory that might go unsold.
  • Minimizes Resource Use: We only use materials needed for each order.
  • Supports Sustainability: Helps lower our environmental footprint by preventing overproduction.

 

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
Yes! We offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ll refund or replace it. Just email us at support@happyplantpeople.store with your order number and a photo of the issue within 30 days of receiving your item. For more info, check our Refund Policy.

 

Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping is not available yet, but we’re working on it! Join our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand our shipping options. For now, we only ship within the U.S.

 

How long does it take to receive my order?
Since each product is made to order, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Please note: Processing time is in addition to the shipping estimates below. Shipping times vary based on location:
