1. Who are Happy Plant People?
Happy Plant People is a small, independent shop run by one plant-obsessed human (hi, I’m Jo 👋) who loves turning garden humour and houseplant pride into fun, wearable tees. You can learn more on our About Us page.
2. What styles and fabrics do you offer?
All our garments are soft, durable, and ethically made — but each has its own vibe. Here’s what to expect:
Classic Fit Tees (Bella + Canvas™)
Unisex, lightweight and modern with a slightly tapered shape.
Solid Colors: 100% cotton
Heathered Colors: cotton/poly blends
Vintage-Dyed Tees (Comfort Colors™)
Unisex, relaxed, heavier tees with that soft, washed-in look and feel.
100% ring-spun cotton

Women’s slim-fit tanks with a soft, stretchy feel.
60% cotton, 40% polyester
Sweatshirts & Hoodies (Gildan™) – Coming Fall 2025
Unisex, cozy, classic fits with a soft fleece interior.

3. What does "made to order" mean?
We only print what’s needed, when it’s needed — that’s when you order. No overproduction, no excess waste. It’s better for the planet and means every tee is made just for you. As all our garments are printed to order and shipped from the U.S., you can expect high production standards and fast, reliable delivery.
Since we don’t hold stock or accept returned items, we ask customers to double-check sizing, shipping address, and email details before placing an order.
4. How should I care for my garment?
To keep your print looking fresh:
• Machine wash cold, inside-out
• Tumble dry low or air dry
• Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the design
This helps preserve both the fabric and the print so your tee stays looking fresh.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Happy Plant People sells exclusively in the USA 🇺🇸
6. How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5 business days (continental U.S.).
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may take 7–12 business days.
Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather, holidays, or courier delays — these are unfortunately out of our control, so if you're ordering for a specific date, we recommend allowing a little extra time.
7. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your order is ready to ship, you’ll get an email with a tracking number.
If you don’t get that email within 5 business days, just reach out to support@happyplantpeople.store — we're happy to help.
8. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
If something’s wrong with your order, we’ll fix it fast. We offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee for any item that arrives damaged, incorrect, or not quite what you expected.
Email support@happyplantpeople.store with your order number, a few details, and a photo of the issue within 30 days. We’ll get it sorted for you.
