We did have an issue with size/fit of t-shirt, BUT (and this is really important) they took care of it 100%*. I cannot fully express the high level of customer service and genuine empathy they had. I will buy from them again because finding businesses that stand behind their product/craft/etc. is hard to find. This is a small business everyone should support. * - by " took care of it" I mean they refunded entire amount and said to keep the t-shirt. This was even after I asked for them to take less $$ because I felt bad keeping shirt. Spread the good word about them...they deserve it.
